Challenge: High onboarding drop-off for new users on a decentralized exchange.
What I did: Designed a progressive onboarding, wallet-education microcopy, and a risk-reveal flow for swaps.
Outcome: Onboarding drop-offs ↓ 35% and first-week retention ↑ 20% in pilot cohort.

What I did: Reworked approval onboarding flows, simplified data entry, introduced inline validations and microcopy for agents, designed aesthetic react MUI framework.
